Descriere job
- taking/making calls in German/ English/ Romanian and writing emails
- resolves customer questions, complaints and requests via telephone and e-mail
- developing and maintaining a full technical knowledge of client products and services

- excellent command of German (speaking and writing);

- strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations;
