Jobs available in Children’s Services are mainly in:
Duty/Assessment - The job is to assess children who are at risk of harm or being neglected.
You will be undertaking individual assessments of need, initial assessments and recommend and develop appropriate
targeted interventions that meet the needs of children, young people and their families.
Looked After Children - The job is to assess the quality of care, gain feedback from the child in care, respond to feedback appropriately, create care plans, work with parents and arrange rehabilitation where possible, collaborate with health and education agencies and give support to carers such as foster parents.
