A software developer from our company is defined like innovating, creativity, initiative, an analythic way to think, team worker and the wish to improve his knowledge. He must have at least 3 years of experience in development of web.NET applications with databases or at least 5 years in software development which the last 2 years with web.NET applications with databases.
He also must have some skills like:
- Programming knowledge: - very good OOP is mandatory;
- C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, SQL (SqlServer), nHibernate, JavaScript, CSS, HTML;
- development process&tools (version control, bug reporting, test plan, test report, etc);
- MS Office is a plus;
- SharePoint is a plus.
- very good English is mandatory;
- communications skills;
- team spirit, positive attitude, open minded;
- result oriented.
