Update car movements
Conduct car park control table
Deliver the ready cars to the clients in the conditions previously approved
Instruct the drivers in order to learn how to check and prepare the cars for delivery- LEAS/RENT
Responsible for Client satisfaction
Prepare and deliver on time all rented cars according to the reservations
Prepare and deliver all replacement cars
Collaborate with Registration Department, Call Center, Service Representatives
Controle of the Fuel Cards, Fuel Bons, Checking and approving the Fuel Invoice
Monthly invoicing distribution
Report all daily activity of car movement / status change in car pro .
Control the monthly total car delivery report(lease&rac) -
Cerinte
HIGH LEVEL OF MANAGMENT ABILITY
University degree (preferably technical or economics studies)
Minimum 3-5 years experience in logistic activities ;experience in the automotive industry
Good Level of English
Good PC skills
Ambitious to build up career. -
