Job Description
The specific activities of an HR-Associate will include:
Understanding different mandates with respect to hiring, company’s policies, etc.
Sourcing quality resumes and candidates from various sources like company websites, employee referrals, job portals, universities, etc., for different business groups and teams.
Meeting the hiring targets as per the timelines as well as scheduling candidates for the selection process
Taking care of post recruitment activities like extending offers, negotiating salary, addressing queries of the selected candidates, collecting the required documents, doing pre-joining reference check, etc.
On-boarding new employees by explaining to them the company’s policies, expectations, performance management process, etc.
Coordinating with and building relationship with universities, head hunters, as well as company’s employees (such as Managers) to ensure the smooth functioning of the selection process.

Excellent communication skills; should be very fluent in English
Excellent team playing skills.
Ability to network & coordinate with people.
Knowledge of local as well as European job portals
Knowledge of doing resume search and job posting.
Good knowledge of MS office.
Qualification:
MBA in Human resource is desirable.
Experience:
1-2 yeas experience in recruitments
