JOB DESCRIPTION:
- will design and lead software test plan development and execution trough an ongoing series of projects for a major client
- work closely with the client’s SQA Lead to ensure the product is compliant to the requirements
- implement test plans and report all non-conformances to the client’s SQA Lead and other relevant project members
- develop, maintain and report statistical information relating to product quality and defect rates
- maintain defect analysis using HP Quality Center and perform regression testing when defects are fixed
- technical testing working with an integrated team of developers, product managers and testing analysts
- unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, functional testing, client acceptance testing, user interface testing
- good capacity to understand the functionality of applications
- bug-tracking and conciliation about this process with the developing team
- making improvement proposals to achieve high performance and ergonomy of the software
- will help prioritize defects to be fixed using the understanding of the business requirements and the needs of the costumer -
Cerinte
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- university (B.S. or M.S) degree
- at least 1 year for overall SQA experience (for juniors)
- at least 2-3 years overall SQA experience including experience as SQA Lead (for seniors)
- experience in managing and / or coordinating SQA team
- excellent knowledge of SQA methodologies and processes
- prior experience with HP Quality Center is a plus
- good communicational and interpersonal skills
- ability to work within a team and under own responsibility, in high pressured, multicultural environment
- strong analytical skills
- strong leadership skills with the ability to independently lead a SQA effort at offshore location
- ability to pay strong attention to detail and quality
- strong commitment to meeting release timeframes
- traveling willingness (international)
- strong verbal and written communication skills using English language
- knowledge of Hungarian is a plus
