Descriere job
- Manages and maintains the relation with the assigned client, being responsible with the accomplishment of their needs;
- Analyses and solves the clients complains, establishes, follows and evaluates the corrective measures implemented;
- Monitors and improves the efficiency and the efficacity of the processes;
- Makes the process and product audits;
- Contributes to the continuous improvement plans.

Cerinte
- Technical University Degree;
- Minimum 4 years experience in quality field, preferrably in Automotive Industry;
- Advanced knowledge in English and/or French language is a must;
- Advanced PC knowledge;
- Advanced quality tools knowledge;
- Communicative, organized person, responsible, logical and analytical
