    EQUALIS seeks an experienced Fundraiser, responsible for foundation relations efforts so as to achieve the agreed annual money-raising target from diverse new and existing sources through the range of fundraising mediums (including corporate, major-donor and events), with focus on corporate fundraising.



    Main responsibilities include:
    1. Fundraising Support: developing and overseeing corporate fundraising, building and maintaining long-term fundraising relationships with donors and potential donors
    2. Database Management of donors and donations
    3. Departmental Administration –communication and reporting
    He/She reports directly to the President of the Foundation.

    Skills:
    We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic about social work, and who has a successfully proven track record in one of the following fields: commercial, marketing, fundraising or PR.
    This position requires the ability to manage time and set priorities while meeting deadlines, and also the ability to work independently and take initiative.
    Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities as well as written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are also necessary.


    Foreign languages and PC skills:
    Fluent English is mandatory. Good knowledge of another language, preferably French or Italian, would be a plus.
    Familiarity with the Microsoft Office programs (proficiency especially in Outlook, Excel, and Word)
