Descriere job
Provide coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions. Ensure company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.
1. Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
2. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget including narrative report on budget variances.
3. Direct and coordinate financial statements and audits with external agencies.
4. Day to day managing of accounts department staff including annual appraisal and recruitment as necessary.
5. Ensuring appropriate expenditure records maintained and reporting to authorities as required.
6. Maintain a central register of all contracts and ensure funds due are collected / paid in a timely fashion, and all contract conditions are met.
7. Provision of regular cash flow information to assist Company plan payments -
Cerinte
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including IAS and Romanian accounting. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. Knowledge of state financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
