- taking/making calls in German/ English/ Romanian and writing emails
- resolves customer questions, complaints and requests via telephone and e-mail
- developing and maintaining a full technical knowledge of client products and services

- excellent command of German and English (both languages speaking and writing);
- individuality, tact, and ability to work directly with international clients;

- previous call centre experience would be considered a plus;
